Shipping
All items are shipped either via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. In most cases, we ship orders within 24 hours, after receiving your payment. Express deliveries are available upon request using your Fedex or UPS account number. Threre is a $30 Fedex / $20 UPS drop off fee on all Express orders that has to ship the same day. No charge if you schedule the pickup for next day on your account. We do allow customers to use their own FedEx / UPS account on large orders or Express shipments ONLY if arrangement is made BEFORE purchasing. If we use your Fedex/UPS account, we do charge a flat fee of $30 on Express and $10 on Ground shipping. No local pickup is allowed as we do not have a store front. All items must be shipped. We use top of the line shipping supplies to make sure that your item(s) arrives safely. Packages to PR/APO/FPO HI/Alaska and similar locations will require extra payment in postage. We only ship to the address on your payment.
Returns
Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. There are no exceptions to this policy. Inspect items as soon as you receive them and report any issues promptly. Please save the server shipping box and any packing material for 30 days. We keep track of serial numbers on every item we sell. Returned items with serial number that do not match our records will be refused. RMA is required on all returns.
